i stayed in the beautiful double room balcony and it was lovely. the balcony offered a quiet space to relax. breakfast had varied choices. fresh food was cooked to order.

great location friendly staff

the hotel location is great. i walked ten minutes to the castle. the staff are very friendly including the cleaners. i found the prices reasonable

the hotel is next to a busy street. traffic noise disturbed me. the bathroom door did not close properly.

the restaurant is really good for both dinner and breakfast. i was charmed by the variety of choices at breakfast. the amarylis michelin 4 restaurant is definitely a must if you are a foodie.

the housekeeping staff were superb. the front desk staff were always available and smart. they were ready to suggest places to visit and offer directions. i was charmed with the fast check-in and check-out process.
